**Part Time & Full time Guest Services Associate (GSA) needed**


As a Guest Service Associate (GSA) for company, essential responsibilities revolve around providing excellent services to students, clients and guests. Taking initiative and being pro-active in the following tasks goes a long way in building a strong team. These tasks include:

• Answering phone calls.

• Setting appointments and checking-in guests

• Greeting guests, clients, and students upon arrival

• Schedule appointments for Student Services

• Schedule appointments for students in internship using smart-scheduling methods and procedures

• Schedule any Student Related item with Student Services Department, the following is an example for the students services:

            o Balance Inquiry

            o Tuition Payments

            o Workshop CEU Payments

            o Internship Hours

            o Transcripts

            o Drop / Re –Enrollment Inquiry

            o Enrollments

            o VA Questions

            o Others as needed

• Promote the Massage Therapy Educational Programs, Specials, and Internship Students

• Take Make-up Hour, CPR Payments when needed. (only items related to students)

• Sell various supplies such as lotion to students when needed. (only items related to students)

• Work Back Spa when needed

• Follow proper cash-handling and drop procedures 

• Keeping management apprised of student or client concerns

• Follow manager’s policies, procedures, and direction.

• Being receptive to constructive criticism in a positive manner and using it as a learning tool.

• Upholding the Academy for Massage Therapy Training core values of optimism, gratitude, excellence, consistency, and empathy.

• Staying updated on retail products and promotions.

• Recognizing and supporting team goals and creating and maintaining positive relationships with team members.

• Making sure front area, bathrooms, and lobby are kept clean at all time so that it looks presentable for guest and clients.

• Re-stock bathrooms and make sure to throw trash out when needed

• Anything else deem necessary by upper management

* Bilingual a plus


This position requires you to have open availability, our hours vary from 8 am-10 pm Sunday- Saturday. Must be available for full time hours, if you can't work these hours, please do not apply.
